Deanery Refugee Committee - Backpacks for new family

The Deanery Refugee Committee sends a big and heartfelt thanks to our St George's parish community. With your generous financial and in-kind donations, we were able to gather together a wonderful assortment of school and educational supplies for our incoming refugee family, including backpacks, lunch bags and containers, writing and colouring supplies, story books, and educational books to help the family learn English. Thank you so much for your generous support as we prepare to welcome this new family to Canada! (And, a big thanks to both Kathy and Andrea for your dedication to this ministry!)
