 hold item that's broken or needs repair? We'll show you how to fix it for 
 free!  We’ll have skilled volunteer fixers on hand for mechanical\, woo
 dworking\, sewing\, mending\, knitting\, crocheting\, jewelry and book rep
 airs.  Seven skilled volunteer fixers will be waiting to help you repair 
 your broken item(s).  \nBring clothing that needs mending including knit
 ted and crocheted items plus jewellery and books that need repairs.  One 
 of our fixers will also be able to do repairs on broken household items an
 d simple mechanical or woodworking and chair repairs.\nMost materials\, to
 ols and safety items will be provided.  However\, if you know that your i
 tem requires specialized materials or tools\, please bring them along.\nTh
 is free in-person community event is intended to reduce waste\, pass on va
 luable skills\, and foster community. There will also be refreshments and 
 resources on repairs and sustainability. This is a free event\, and regist
